30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you order. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return

1. Email us at support@dermacopper.store with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Drop off your package at any carrier location
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on all orders. Just contact us and we'll sort it out.
